Dear Parent,
Recently you were given a leaflet titled "Beating Cervical Cancer" provided by the Public Health Agency. This pointed out the so called "benefits" of getting the (HPV)Human Papillomavirus vaccine, which is said to help protect against cervical cancer.
There are however a few points you must bear in mind, and the reason for this letter is to help you make an informed choice based on the ingredients contained.
Normally when we go shopping, if we want something to eat or put on our skin, we like to know the ingredients where we can decide whether or not we want the product. With this vaccine you aren't told what's in the vaccine, so for your benefit, they are listed below:
The ingredients are proteins of HPV Types 6, 11, 16, and 18, amorphous aluminium hydroxy phosphate sulphate, yeast protein, sodium chloride, L-histidine, polysorbate 80, sodium borate, and water for injection.

HPV Types 6, 11, 16, and 18: For your information, on the package it states that these proteins haven't been tested for carcinogenicity, (whether or not it causes cancer) and some professionals have raised concerns that other strains may indeed cause cancer while the vaccine suppresses the types for which the vaccine was created.
Amorphous aluminium hydroxy phosphate sulphate: Aluminium is a known neurotoxin and has been linked to diseases of the brain like Multiple Sclerosis, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and Motor Neuron Disease or Lou Gehrig's. According to studies, Aluminium has no benefit in the vaccine and can cause potentially devastating consequences especially with 3 doses.
Yeast Protein: The HPV vaccine is genetically engineered, and every jab injects GE protein from HPV that has been grown in yeast.
Sodium Chloride: This is common salt and can be mixed with benzyl alcohol as a preservative. It can cause side effects which can affect the nervous system and possible kidney damage.
In the process of making chlorine, mercury is used to create an amalgam with Sodium. Mercury is the second most toxic substance known to man. Chlorine is then added to drinking water, to ‘so-called’ purify it. Apparently the use of mercury in this process is being phased out by 2020.
L-histidine: Apparently L-Histidine can trigger blood clotting and the risk of spontaneous miscarriage and birth defects. Although this usually doesn't affect 12 yr olds, it may do if she was to get a repeat dose later on in life.
Polysorbate 80: It is used to bind all the ingredients together, but it is also used in cosmetics. It can also have some serious side effects like sneezing, coughing, wheezing, shortness of breath, vomiting, diarrhoea, heart attack, stroke and has been linked to cancerous growths. It is also linked to infertility.
Sodium Borate: This is one of the worst ingredients and is what is used to kill roaches, as it's an insecticide. It is also used in rat poison and is also used in laundry detergents, cosmetics and flame retardants. Commonly known as "Borax" the labels on the box by law must say "May damage fertility" and "May damage the unborn child"
It's still not too late for you to change your mind, and after reading this, if you don't want your child to get vaccinated, give your teacher a note to say so. Thank you for your time and patience, and I hope and pray you make an informed decision to protect your daughter from these ingredients.
